Brand Story
The journey of Kulcha Lal Parantha Das began with one man’s love for real Punjabi food. Our founder Mr. Saurabh Sharma did not learn from cookbooks or food schools. He went straight to the soul of Punjab. He spent time in homes and gurudwaras where traditional Punjabi food is prepared every day.
In these holy kitchens known as Langars he saw how food brings people together. The meals were simple but full of taste. The sevadars who cooked were full of love and devotion. This spirit of service and sharing inspired him deeply. It was in those moments that the idea of Kulcha Lal Parantha Das was born.

Mr. Saurabh Sharma is a passionate leader who worked for over twenty years with top Indian and global companies. He held senior roles and gained strong experience during his corporate career.
But deep in his heart he always wanted to start something of his own. In 2019 he decided to leave his job and follow his dream. That was the beginning of his new journey as an entrepreneur.
His deep love for Indian street food helped him build Kulcha Lal Parantha Das. It is a unique place where you find all kinds of North Indian street food along with tasty traditional meals. He created a space that is clean affordable and full of flavour just like the best family restaurants in Gurgaon.
